Pricilla -
Mommy wanted to adopt another kitty since she already was the guardian of my brother
and sister. So she went on the Internet to check out the local animal shelter's website. She noticed another little black
female kitty that was available for adoption. I was also featured on the website, but I was not up for adoption when she was
looking. She headed down to the animal shelter with grandma asked about the little black kitty, and found out she was already
adopted…Thank goodness, because she would have not adopted little ol me. While she was looking around for another kitty
to take home she noticed my picture on the door. It said that I just went up for adoption two hours ago. Mom asked to see
me and was put into a waiting room to view me. I came in and then saw my mom for the first time, I started purring, kissing,
and rubbing up against mommy. She visited me for over a half hour and said to the lady that she would like to take "this little
sweet heart" home with her, and give her the best life ever. I was so HAPPY!!! ..Well, there you go, that is how I arrived
at my home, and became part of mommy's family. I just LOVE it here! Mommy takes lots of pretty pictures of me, and she made
me this cool website for me. I really like it, pretty don't you think? ..Truth be told, I'm a VERY spoiled kitty, but no one
has to know that. Let it be our little secret. *wink* ;-) My website: http://www.canadiankitty.ca

Domingo
In Style....
This
is our 5-1/2 year old cat, Domingo, posing with Doug and me before our wedding. We are told he is a Siamese mix with tabby
point. We adopted him from the shelter when he was 4. Having learned that he is quite the escape artist, we are sure that
he simply ran away from a good home one day. The problem is, he is not at all good at finding his way back home once he makes
it out the door!
Domingo became his name for two reasons. First because he is a very vocal kitty with a high meow
so we named him after the famous tenor. Second, it was fitting because he was adopted on a Sunday and that is the meaning
of Domingo in Spanish. :-)
You can probably guess from the photos who is the most doting cat parent here.

Sammy Sweetest
Sammy is a five month old Black Lab with a mellow attitude and a fun
personality. She loves to play with her toys and take walks at the park while wearing her favorite purple sweater. She also
loves when her Mimi Roxy (my mom) brings her home a bone or small treat every day. In fact if my mother returns
home WITHOUT anything in her hands Sammy sulks around, looking for her "new toy". In the pictures here she
is posing with her buddy Alfalfa for an Easter photo-shoot. Sammy was actually given to me by my brother who received
her as a Christmas present and realized that he was unable to care for her. What luck! She turned out to be a very
intelligent little dog and was potty trained at 10 weeks old. This pup enjoys snuggling and giving sloppy dog kisses.
Without a doubt my pride and joy...

The Adventurer...
My Mom
took me from Texas
to Norway...
A southern belle to
Norwegian Adventurer... I am having so much fun, but miss my warm weather, but it should be fun trying cross-country
skiing soon. I do miss my Grandmimi, but being with my Mom now is great. I didn't get to be with her for almost
9 months because it took so long to do everything right to have me here. I will keep everyone updated on my latest adventures...the
picture is from my hiking trip...

Sascha & Lily
Im writing on behalf of our beloved cats, Sascha and Lily, to thank you for
this wonderful invention! My boyfriend and I took in these sister kittens who were born to a feral mother on the streets of
Long Beach. We didn't know what we were getting into. They hid, bit and scratched for 6 months! Once we got them spayed, they
mellowed and are now little love bunnies to us.
Anyway, right around the time they were 6 months old, the Big Foot. I saw
on the internet and ordered (even before we got the cats) had arrived. When the big box arrived, they were already curious.
I talked to them to get them excited as we put it up saying, This is for you! They watched from under the bed. They seemed
to know it was for them. When we were all done, about an hour later, I thought they'd be all over it immediately. It took
them about a half hour to get on it, and they rarely got off of it again!
They just LOVE it! They play, sleep, hang out, etc. Sascha, now 2 years old,
even plays fetch as I throw the toy across the room and she quickly climbs to the level the toy falls on and brings it back
to me over and over and over. When they were really little, each would sleep on the side levels or on the big level on top
together (this was our Christmas card picture the first year we had them!) As they got older, they competed for the top level
(top bunk), as it is bigger. They've since come to an agreement where Sascha gets it one night and Lily the other. My boyfriend
says watching them on the tower is kitty movies for us. Its true!
The main reason we thought it was a good idea was because our apartment was
tiny, I mean, tiny. So we had to work vertically to get them exercise. Its just been perfect, and I hope this message is read
by the inventor of this wonderful invention that absolutely became our cats world!
Thank you so much again from all of us!
Sincerely,
Kathy, Erich, Lily and Sascha

This is Molly
She
is the granddaughter of a very, very special cat I had for 8 years, who died of breast cancer. I was there for Molly's
delivery, and she was the last born of her litter and was a breach!! Without hesitation, I helped ease her out.
I was the first living being to touch her. I have had a very severe bout with major depression, and when I get to feeling
bad, Molly lays on my chest and purrs it away. When I take a bubble bath, Molly gets in the tub on her own, as it is
filling, and takes one, too. She loves it! She is my friend, companion, and therapy. She is one pampered
pet, and deserves it!!

Here Is Layla
Our family's bulldog all ready for Halloween. Layla loves being outside so
we thought the best costume for her this year would be a little bumble bee. Layla is two years old and is a very loyal

Abby & Chase
Abby (right) came from an abusive home where she was beaten and
basically tortured on a daily basis by two young boys. When I adopted her at 4 years old, she was very aggressive
with her food and tried to attack anyone who came near her. Now my girl is almost 6 and is one of the best dogs I've ever
had. She has overcome so many obstacles in her young life. I am so proud of her. Her friend Chase (left) I adopted at 2 months
old. He and his sister came home with my sister and I and not 2 weeks later, both came down with parvo. It took 6 long and
painful days of force feeding fluids and antibiotics, but they both made it through and have recently celebrated turning 3
months old. I couldn't have asked for better dogs.

Wilbur is my English Bulldog puppy...
and I love to dress him up in silly outfits. He had multiple orthopedic
problems when I got him and spent much of his puppyhood in casts. He's okay now, and quite hyper (though he looks a little
defeated in the one picture). Great site! I fell in love with every animal on here.

This is Lincoln.
He is to say the least, a proud
dog. He walks with confidence and thinks he is Mr. Cool. He loves belly rubs and Mexican cheese.
This is a letter from Lincoln to us: “What can I say? You people are lucky to have me live here.
Look at me. Is there any dog cuter? I think not. Let me sum it up for you. I’m little and cute,
I win. Got it? I didn’t notice that a parrot was living here”.
Needless to say, he is correct.
Our precious baby.

Hannah & Hunter
We're Hannah (white 6 year plus Lhasa Apso) and Hunter (approx. 4 year old
Lhasa/Shih tzu).
We're both rescues.
My mom and dad were arrested and taken away in a police car. They
took me to the animal shelter. It was a terribly horrible experience.
I was held for 30 days there. This nice lady (Mom now) came everyday
for 30 days! Mom read to me, sang to me, and brought me treats. Mom could never touch me for the 30 days because
I was being held for the owner's. Long story short, I became very ill there and mom saw that. She wrote the district
over the shelter and called everyday and left messages for them. Mom wanted to find out the status of the owner's.
After about 28 days, Mom finally found out that the owner's were in jail in another state!
Mom got to bring me home. I was shaved all the way and the groomer
said she had Never seen such a mistreated dog.
Well, look at me Now. This is my extreme Makeover - I'm as white as
can be and love to play dressup.
My brother, Hunter, was running on the freeway. We think he may have
jumped out of a car. He wasn't neutered and was a mess as well.
Hunter is the most loving, funny dog. As soon as you come into our
home, Hunter jumps on your lap and just stares into your eyes - as if he's tell you Thank You for coming.
Hunter loves to play with toilet paper cardboard inserts and loves to take
WALKS. We can't say the word or he's at the door. If Mom even puts on her tennis shoes, he's at the door jumping.
Both of our dogs, Hannah and Hunter Gavin have saved our lives. They
are our joy every Minute of the day.
Love,
Hannah and Hunter

Lobo and Nina
Here are my pride and joy. Lobo is the handsome
Blue (gray) Pomeranian and his "sister" Nina the sassy Papillion. They love to cuddle when they nap and although they
fight like any brother and sister they remain inseparable. You will note Lobo can't resist tugging at his sister's Christmas
hat. They both have a ton of personality. Lobo likes to sing along with you and he is quite the singer.
Nina loves to give a ton of kisses and is also very athletic. She lets her brother chase her all around the house and
will then jump up to the highest point of a couch or stairs. Then she stares down at her poor little big brother
who has yet to be able to conquer stairs or tall pieces of furniture.
They are a great addition to my family and we are truly
grateful to have so much love from these precious fur babies.
