Sandy and Nicks Story
My dog Sandy, an 8 year old Cockapoo saved me from being attacked by another dog.
I was taking Sandy for a walk one evening and all of a sudden he started barking,
running, and pulling on the leash. He broke free and ran in back of me. When I turned around I saw a big black
dog growling and ready to jump on me. Sandy (who was much smaller) jumped up and bit the dog in the neck and would not
let go. The other dog had bitten him several times. Finally the big black dog started yelping and Sandy let
go. At that point, the other dog ran away.
I took Sandy to the vet right away. The vet took care of his wounds and assured
me that he would be just fine. On the way back from the vet, I took Sandy to Kentucky Fried Chicken for a hero's
dinner which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Lola, (pictured in back) spent most of her 2 1/2 years recovering from surgeries. In spite of her difficult beginning she remained trusting and sweet. Although we'd taken her as far as we could physically; she still seemed sad emotionally. Her puppy
attitude and desire to play and socialize with other dogs was still there but due to her limitations the dog park wasn't
an option. In December we added Bunny, pictured in front. She's 8 months younger than Lola
and has become Lola's dependable companion. She's sweet and patient and
definitely quirky. We were looking for just
the family member to fit in and we found her. She was our missing
link. Connie -

This is my baby Jordan. I got him from a vet, who had 15 Great Dane puppies and was giving them away but only to good homes. He is
the sweetest dog I have ever known. He weighs 138 pounds and is all love. He will be 5 on 28 Aug 09. He
was looking at a butterfly on the window screen in this picture. I think this picture captures his personality and beauty. He is such a pretty boy. K. Davis - Fresno, CA,

A Red Rose At Christmas
We got Rose when she was 4 weeks old and fit in my hands.
Because we got her so young, she never learned to bark and her understanding of the English language is awesome! She
never sees a stranger and she loves her mom and dad who spoil her and love her more than she will ever know. She has a unique
language. If she wants something, she sneezes and she grumbles when you do something she does not like or she means
"No". She is 7 years old and makes no noise like barking and she loves to travel and she brings laughter,
joy, happiness and undying love into our home. She loves to dress up. Rose is a 3 lb.6 ozs. apple head, Chihuahua
with a short nose. Here is her Christmas dress and her red Christmas blanket and favorite small toy. Let me tell
you about what she did. Rose watches everything I do and she tries to copy it. Our sons are married and live far
away. This Christmas I put small gifts under the Christmas tree. That evening I saw Rose carry something in her
mouth and putting it under the tree. She made 2 more trips to the tree before she settled down beside me. I got
a glimpse of what she had laid under the tree. It was 2 red and 1 black plastic soda tops. These tops are her
favorite tops she collects and plays with over her many toys in a toy box. She had given us and her favorite stuff toy
things she loves. That brought into mind what Christmas is all about, It is not the gift that counts but what
the gift means to us and sharing it with loved one. She is a little angel unaware. Shelah - Tennessee |

- Scrappy is the little fur ball of my life
She has brought so much joy into our lives.
Even turned my husband into an over protective pet parent (always making sure where she is so he can go up talk to her and
scratch her ears). Scrappy also thinks she is a fashion diva. She loves to dress up and really hams it up. First photo
is Scrappy in her fav hot pink wig given to her by her Aunt B. Second
is her "quickest tail in the mid west" Third
is one of her favorites "Princess Scrappy" I have been told I have a strange cat...I don't care, we love her all the more,
now if my husband would clean his closet so there would be more room for her wardrobe :) If you ever need a cat model Scrappy is ready
for her close up! Amy A -Appleton. WI |

Hi This is my baby boy TJ -
A few months ago I was being held at gunpoint while a family member was
trying to steal my vehicle. I live in the country with no neighbors and my husband is an over the road trucker So I
was home alone when this happened. There was two of them. Before they could take my husband’s truck I was
going to have to use my car to jump it. As I was outside jumping the truck TJ came out of the bushes and started making funny
noises. Normally, he will come to me when I call but this time he wouldn’t come no matter how hard I tried to
get him to. I began to follow him into the bushes but he kept going deeper and deeper into the weeds. I started
to get this eery feeling like he was trying to tell me something so I went back to my car and the truck started up.
As soon as it started I unhooked the cables closed the hood. That’s when I noticed that both of my family members
had changed into camouflage. I hated leaving TJ behind but I knew I had to get out of there. Let me also add the
truck was hooked to this guys trailer and he had come down to get the trailer. As I left I was crying so hard my husband
called me and he was already calling 911 down here because of the guys attitude. Anyhow the cops met me at the store
and when they escorted me home the truck was unhooked from the trailer and they had both broken into my house. The police
said both had guns on them and when we watched the video tapes that we have all over our house. One was stealing all my change
and the other one was standing in the window watching and waiting for me to come home.
If TJ hadn’t warned me by acting so strangely and leading me away
I would have just gone back in thee house. I could be dead but my lil man TH saved me. He is my Hero.

Here's Rose-
My husband and I got Rose when she was only 3 weeks old. She fit into the palm of your hand.
Rose is now 7 years old and weighs 3 lbs. 4 ozs. She does not bark and never bites. She think she is human.
She sneezes when she wants what you have or wants to join you in doing whatever activity you are doing. She grumbles
under her breathe when you do something she does not like. If she licks her lips she wants water or food. If she
wants to go for a ride in the car she will get one of her outfits like the Daisy Duke outfit she has on in the picture
and drop it in your lap. she give love unconditionally, forgives without expecting "I'm sorry", and when I get ready
for bed, I tell her to go get a drink of water and use the bathroom and she goes into her room gets a drink of water and uses
her puppy pad. She has brought me and my husband so much joy. My sons love her too. My grandchildren
are being trained on how to be gentle with her and never scream or holler near her. At this point they are not old enough
to know their own strength and Rose stays out of their way or in my husband's or my arms till they leave. Rose has her
own clothes, coats, carseat, travel case, her pink stroller, toys, hot pad, electric lap blanket and doggy steps that are
near the couch, chair, ottoman, the master bedroom bed and she has a vet that cleans her teeth twice a year at a $100 each time.
Spoiled!! Oh yes. Pampered!! Definately. Loved!! More than she will ever know.

Bunny-
I wanted to let you know that my cat, Bunny, loves her Big Foot. Bunny got very excited about it when I was putting it together, and immediately starting
using it. She is all over it and it is a lot of fun to watch. She sleeps on it, plays on it and simply loves it. Thanks
for such a great product.

Princess
Pebbles -
Well
I'd like to introduce you to Princess Pebbles, she is the sweetest little girl. As you can see she loves to model. I got her
in february after the death of my previous two dogs Lil Mama, and Pookie. I didn't think that after that ordeal that I would
be able to get another dog, but when I saw Pebbles cute little face I knew I had to have her. She has brought so much joy
into my life. I don't know what I would do without her. I wish Mama and Pookie were here to meet her.
Thanks
- Adora

This is our beautiful girl Pepper-
7 years ago she was at Dog Services in Florida where her Mom spotted her and took her home.
She goes to the dog park and checks out all the young puppies to make sure they are ok. Pepper has made many friends
at the park including aunts and uncles. She is one of the park favorites. She is a very special dog who was such
a mess that many people passed her up at the pound but Mom got lucky and has loved her ever since. Mom thinks you can
find a wonderful family pet at your local shelters.
